Pfingsten war f\u00fcr die ersten ChristInnen die Erfahrung des Geistes Gottes und der Beginn eines neuen Weges. Die in einem Raum Verschlossenen fassten Mut hinauszugehen in die Welt und solidarisch zu leben. Das ist auch unsere Vision f\u00fcr heute.<\/p>\n

Unsere Welt befindet sich in einer existentiellen, globalen Krise. Wir glauben, dass der Mensch der Zukunft ein \u201eMystiker sein wird \u2013 einer, der etwas erfahren hat \u2013 oder er wird nicht sein\u201c (Karl Rahner, 1966).<\/p>\n

Unser gemeinsamer Weg begann 1989 mit Jugendlichen in Weiz in der Oststeiermark.<\/p>\n

Am Anfang unseres gemeinsamen Weges stand eine Vision. Zu Pfingsten 1989 wurde sie zum ersten Mal von Jugendlichen aus Weiz in einem Musical \u00fcber Martin Luther King formuliert. Es war die Vision von einem neuen Aufbruch in unserer Kirche. Dies war der Beginn eines gemeinsamen Weges. Jugendliche trafen sich j\u00e4hrlich bei Jugendtreffen zu Pfingsten in Weiz. Meditationstage mit Jugendlichen bildeten die spirituelle Basis. Aus dem solidarischen Engagement der Jugendlichen entstanden die Gruppen \u201eAx\u00e9\u201c und \u201eChristina lebt\u201c. Zu Pfingsten 1995 wurde diese Vision in 10 Punkten als \u201eWeizer Pfingstvision\u201c formuliert und \u00fcber Weiz hinaus bekannt. Kardinal Dr. Franz K\u00f6nig unterschrieb sie als erster. Gleichzeitig engagierten sich auch immer mehr Erwachsene f\u00fcr die Verwirklichung dieser Vision. Aus dem Jugendtreffen wurde das \u201eWeizer Pfingstereignis\u201c mit einem vielf\u00e4ltigen kulturell-spirituell-solidarischen Programm. Pastoralseminare bildeten jetzt die spirituelle Basis. Der bekannte Theologe Dr. Paul M. Zulehner wurde zu einem wichtigen Begleiter unseres Prozesses. Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten wie P. Henri Boulad, P. Iswar Prasad oder Sr. Ishpriya gaben uns wichtige Impulse. 2001 wurde in einem gro\u00dfen gemeinsamen Projekt der Spirituelle Weg in Weiz errichtet. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde die Begegnung mit moderner Kunst zu einem weiteren Charakteristikum unseres Weges. 2003 fand zum ersten Mal ein Pfingstsymposion f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte statt. Wir sehen unseren gemeinsamen Weg als einen offenen Prozess in einem dynamischen Umfeld.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Kirche befindet sich in einem epochalen \u00dcbergang. Um die Chance zur Erneuerung zu n\u00fctzen, die in diesem \u00dcbergang steckt, verpflichten wir uns, folgendes zu leben:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Wir wollen aus einer lebendigen Beziehung zu Gott unser Leben und Zusammenleben gestalten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gott ist es, der seine Kirche baut (Ps. 127,1). Wir m\u00f6chten als Kirche ein Moment an der heilenden “Reich-Gottes-Bewegung” Jesu sein. Deshalb m\u00f6chten wir uns besonders mit all jenen zusammenschlie\u00dfen, die Gott in der Welt und in ihrem Leben aufsp\u00fcren wollen. Kirche m\u00f6chten wir als Weggemeinschaft, die eine Ahnung von der Suche nach Gott hat, erleben.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Als Kirche leben wir mit und f\u00fcr Benachteiligte, Randgruppen, Minderheiten, im Leben zu kurz Gekommene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir wehren uns dagegen, da\u00df immer mehr Menschen selbst in reichen Gesellschaften \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig werden und in Gefahr geraten, “entsorgt” zu werden: Sterbende, Ungeborene, Behinderte, Arbeitslose, Kranke und Alte. Wir wollen in Gottes Art “Aug und Ohr sein” f\u00fcr die vielen leidenden Menschen. Denn wir wissen auch Gott auf ihrer Seite (Ex. 3,7-10).<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Das Unrecht gegen\u00fcber der sogenannten dritten Welt ist uns ein Stachel im Fleisch<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir wollen uns f\u00fcr Frieden und soziale Gerechtigkeit einsetzen.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Die Bewahrung der Sch\u00f6pfung ist uns ein brennendes Anliegen.<\/span><\/p>\n

An unserem Handeln soll sichtbar werden, da\u00df es uns um die gro\u00dfen \u00dcberlebensfragen der Menschheit geht.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. In der Gemeinschaft des Volkes Gottes haben alle die gleiche W\u00fcrde.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mann oder Frau, Laie oder Kleriker; es gibt nur Berufene und keine Unberufenen. Alle sind gleich viel wert.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Offenheit und Dialogbereitschaft sind Wesensmerkmale unserer Kirche.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus selbst hat gesagt (Joh. 18,20): “Ich habe offen vor aller Welt gesprochen. Nichts habe ich im geheimen gesprochen.”<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Wir wollen am Leben unserer Kirche teilnehmen und sie mittragen<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir wissen, da\u00df ohne uns die kirchlichen Gemeinschaften \u00e4rmer sind und ihre Aufgaben immer weniger erf\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen. Zeit, Phantasie, Kritik und Freude wollen wir einbringen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entscheidungen sollen nur unter Beteiligung der von der Entscheidung Betroffenen gef\u00e4llt werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Unsere kirchlichen Gemeinschaften sind offen f\u00fcr alle Lebensformen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Singles, Alleinerziehende, Wiederverheiratete, Geschiedene, Familien,.. Besonders die Familien m\u00f6chten wir f\u00f6rdern, damit sie in der heutigen Zeit gelingen k\u00f6nnen. In unseren kirchlichen Gemeinschaften kann sich daher – wie vor Gott – jede und jeder sehen lassen, vor jeder Leistung und in aller Schuld.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Wir wollen eine neue Streit- und Konfliktkultur entwickeln.<\/span><\/p>\n

Konflikte belasten nicht nur, sie k\u00f6nnen auch gute Fr\u00fcchte bringen. Die Regeln der Konfliktbew\u00e4ltigung aus der Matth\u00e4usgemeinde (Mt. 18, 15-18) gilt es, wieder zu beleben.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Das kirchliche Amt ist f\u00fcr uns ein unersetzlicher Dienst an der Gemeinschaft.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es ist eine schwere Verantwortung in und f\u00fcr die Kirche. Deshalb w\u00fcnschen wir uns Amtstr\u00e4ger mit Leitungskompetenz, die erfahrene, f\u00fcr das Evangelium gewinnende Seelsorger sind und denen die Kirchenmitglieder vertrauen. Ihre wichtigste Aufgabe ist es, dem Kirchenvolk mit starken Visionen voranzugehen (1. Sam. 3, 1-10) und dabei die Schwestern und Br\u00fcder zu st\u00e4rken (Lk. 22,32).<\/span><\/p>\n

The Church is in a phase of an epochal crossing and change now. To benefit from this chance to some kind of renovation, a renovation that is connected with this change, we commit ourselves to live according to the following principles:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. We want to organize our lives and our living together out of a vivid relationship with God.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is God who builds His church (Ps. 127,1). We want to be an element of the healing “The Kingdom of Heaven-Movement” of Jesus Christ within the church. So we want to unite ourselves especially with those who wish to trace out God in the world and in their lives. We want to experience the church as a community that has got an idea of the search for God.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. As the church we are living with and for the handicapped, fringe groups, minorities and people who just go short as far as their lives are concerned.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are defending ourselves against the fact that more and more people, even in rich and affluent societies, are becoming undesired, superfluous and endangered to be pushed off in some war or another: people who are dying, unborn children, disabled persons, the unemployed, the sich and the old. We want to “have an eye and ear” for all the suffering people in a somehow “heavently manner”, according to God\u00b4s principles. Because we know that God is also at their side. (Ex. 3, 7-10).<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The unjustice towards the so-called Third World is like a sting in our flesh.<\/span><\/p>\n

We want to stand up for peace and social justice.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. The keeping of the creation is a burning concern to us.<\/span><\/p>\n

With our way of acting we want to show that we are deeply interested in the big question of survival regarding manhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Everybody has got the same dignity within the community of God\u00b4s people.<\/span><\/p>\n

Man or woman, layman or cleric; there are only people who are called for, and nobody is uncalled for. So everybody has got the same worth or value.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Openness and the willingness to have a dialogue are characteristic features of our church.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus Christ Himself said (John. 18, 20), “I spoke frankly before the world. Nothing did I speak in secret.”<\/span><\/p>\n

7. We want to participate in the life of our church and help to carry our church.<\/span><\/p>\n

We know that the ecclesiastical communities are somehow “poorer” without us, and that they have more and more difficulties to accomplish their tasks and duties. We want to bring in time, imagination, critism and joy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Decisions should only be made together with those who are affected by these decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Our ecclesiastical communities are open to all ways of living.<\/span><\/p>\n

Singles, one-parent-families, remarried people, divorced people, families.. We want to aid and support especially families in order to help them to work in this time. Within our ecclesiastical communities everybody is allowed to turn up and to appear, with any performance and contribution, and in any guilt or fault – in the sam way as in the presence of God.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. We want to develop a new “culture of conflict and controversy”<\/span><\/p>\n

Conflicts are not only irksome, they can also bear fruit. The rules of mastering conflict situations according to the “Matthew-community” (Mt. 18, 15-18) must be revived.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. In our view, the duty and function of the church are an irreplaceable service to communtiy.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a serious responsiblility within and for the church. So we want to have office-holders with leading competence who are experienced and \u2013 for the Gospel \u2013 winning or engaging spiritual advisers, and whom the members of the church can really trust. Their most important tast is to precede the church-goers (or take the lead of them) with great visions, (Sam. 3,1-10) and to strengthen the brothers and sisters. (Lk. 22, 32)<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir leben in einer Zeit eines umfassenden Umbruchs. Auch unsere Kirche befindet sich in der Situation eines epochalen \u00dcbergangs. Wir stehen vor der Herausforderung, unsere Gegenwart neu zu denken und zu gestalten. Unsere Vision eines \u201eneuen Pfingsten\u201c gibt uns dabei Orientierung.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Pfingsten<\/span><\/strong>
\nPfingsten ist die Erfahrung des belebenden Geistes Gottes. Als Zuwendung Gottes ist Pfingsten ein Geschenk, das letztlich weder plan- noch organisierbar ist. Es ist ein Erwachen, ein Herausbrechen von innen. Pfingsten kann sowohl als die gestaltende Kraft Gottes gesehen werden, die durch Menschen nach au\u00dfen sichtbar wird, als auch als der pers\u00f6nlich-spirituelle Prozess des Hineinwachsens in ein Leben im Geist Gottes. Pfingsten bezeichnet in der christlichen Tradition den \u201e50. Tag\u201c nach Ostern. Es ist die Vollendung von Ostern: Etwas v\u00f6llig Neues beginnt. In diesem Sinn ist Pfingsten der Anfang eines neuen Menschen und damit auch der Anfang einer neuen Menschheit.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. \u201eNeues Pfingsten\u201c<\/span><\/strong>
\nDer Begriff eines \u201eneuen Pfingsten\u201c stammt von Papst Johannes XXIII. Er verband damit die Hoffnung, dass mit dem 2. Vatikanischen Konzil ein \u201eNeues Pfingsten\u201c beginne. Kardinal Dr. Franz K\u00f6nig sagte bei einer Pfingstpredigt in Weiz: \u201eIch erwarte mir von eurem Weizer Treffen ein Neues Pfingsten.\u201c Die Hoffnung lebt. Sie lebt in jedem von uns. Wenn wir t\u00e4glich Raum schaffen f\u00fcr den Heiligen Geist, werden wir offen sein und uns vertrauend auf Neues einlassen k\u00f6nnen. Das Pfingstwunder bestand darin, dass Menschen verschiedenster Nationen und Sprachen die Apostel jeweils in ihrer eigenen Sprache verstehen konnten und so Zugang zu Gott fanden. Wir suchen nach dieser \u201eNeuen Sprache\u201c, dass uns Menschen von heute auch wirklich verstehen k\u00f6nnen. Nur wenn Innen und Au\u00dfen \u00fcbereinstimmen, wird unser Sprechen glaubw\u00fcrdig. Die Vielfalt der verschiedenen Sprachen kann dann zum Segen werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Pfingstvision und Spiritualit\u00e4t<\/span><\/strong>
\nIn einer Zeit der harten Zahlen, Bilanzen und gleichzeitig so zerbrechlich gewordenen Biografien glauben wir an die Erfahrung des je gr\u00f6\u00dferen Geheimnisses Gottes. Mit dem Theologen Karl Rahner glauben wir, dass der \u201eChrist der Zukunft ein Mystiker sein wird, einer der etwas erfahren hat, oder er wird nicht sein\u201c. Wir sehen die Zukunft der Kirche in spirituellen Menschen, die aus Glaubenserfahrungen heraus sich entscheiden, bewusst als Christen zu leben.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Pfingstvision und Solidarit\u00e4t<\/span>
\nHinter der Pfingstvision steht das Prinzip der Einheit von Spiritualit\u00e4t und Solidarit\u00e4t. \u201eWas ihr f\u00fcr einen meiner geringsten Br\u00fcder getan habt, das habt ihr mir getan\u201c (Mt 25, 40). Unser Leitspruch hei\u00dft deshalb: \u201eJe spiritueller, desto solidarischer.\u201c Im biblischen Sinn verstehen wir uns als Licht und Salz der Welt, das hei\u00dft, wir m\u00f6chten Lebensqualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr alle Menschen schaffen und bewahren und gegen Missst\u00e4nde auftreten.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Pfingstvision und Kirche<\/span><\/strong>
\nDie Pfingstvision ist \u00f6kumenisch gepr\u00e4gt. Wir versuchen in Weiz das Leben der katholischen Pfarre und der evangelischen Gemeinde zu bereichern. Wir sehen die Struktur der Pfarre und Gemeinde als wichtige Basis unseres Wirkens. In der Pfarre Weiz ging von uns die Initiative eines Pfarrkonzils aus. Wir sehen unser Wirken aber nicht nur auf Weiz beschr\u00e4nkt. Den Geist der Pfingstvision tragen Menschen weit \u00fcber Weiz hinaus. Im innerkirchlichen Reformprozess sehen wir uns als \u201eoffensive Mitte\u201c. Wir bringen uns mehr durch unser Engagement als durch Wortmeldungen ein.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Pfingstvision und Jugend<\/span><\/strong>
\nDer Anfang unseres gemeinsamen Weges war stark von Jugendlichen gepr\u00e4gt. Auch jetzt gehen in der Pfingstvision viele Ideen und Initiativen von der Begeisterung junger Menschen aus.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Pfingstvision und Kunst<\/span><\/strong>
\nWir achten zeitgen\u00f6ssische Kunst als einen ungesch\u00fctzten aber deshalb um so wahrhaftigeren Ort der kreativen Wahrnehmung unserer Welt und unserer Zeit. Die Begegnung mit Kunst ist Teil unseres Ringens um eine neue Sprache. Kunst schafft verdichtete, nicht allt\u00e4gliche R\u00e4ume, um Menschen zu sich selbst und zu anderen finden zu lassen. Damit ist Kunst der Spiritualit\u00e4t verwandt.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Pfingstvision und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte<\/span><\/strong>
\nF\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sind in ihren Wirkungsbereichen wichtige Multiplikatoren und Brennpunkte zukunftsrelevanter M\u00f6glichkeiten. In der Pfingstvision geht es uns auch um eine gesellschaftliche Erneuerung. Deshalb sind F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr uns wichtige Dialogpartner. Vernetzte Ideen von<\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften k\u00f6nnen einen gro\u00dfen, neugestaltenden Charakter bekommen. Darauf baut unsere Initiative eines Pfingstsymposions f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Pfingstvision und pers\u00f6nliches Engagement<\/span><\/strong>
\nDie Pfingstvision setzt auf die Freiheit und die Verantwortung des einzelnen Menschen. Zuerst geht es darum, sein Christsein im jeweiligen gesellschaftlichen Umfeld zu leben. Spiritualit\u00e4t mu\u00df sich zuerst im Alltag zeigen. Jeder Mensch gestaltet die Pfingstvision mit seinen eigenen, besonderen Charismen mit. In der Pfingstvision geht es nicht prim\u00e4r darum, etwas zu organisieren; wichtiger als das Tun ist uns das Sein.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Wir betreuen den Spirituellen Weg in Weiz.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Wir engagieren uns im Verein “Christina lebt” f\u00fcr die Integration und mobile Betreuung von Menschen mit Behinderung in der Region Weiz.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Wir unterst\u00fctzen in der Gruppe “Ax\u00e9” den ehemaligen Weizer Kaplan G\u00fcnter Zgubic. Er ist zur Zeit verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Gef\u00e4ngisseelsorge in Brasilien.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Wir gestalten und organisieren j\u00e4hrlich das “Weizer Pfingstereignis”.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Wir stehen im Dialog mit K\u00fcnstlern und integrieren Kunst in unsere Arbeit.<\/span><\/li>\n

    Team 7<\/b>\u00a0Es besteht aus 12 Personen, ungef\u00e4hr gleich vielen Frauen und M\u00e4nnern und trifft sich einmal im Monat. Als Leitungsteam ist es verantwortlich, dass die Leitungsstruktur der Weizer Pfingstvision gew\u00e4hrleistet ist. Personelle Ver\u00e4nderungen werden einvernehmlich im Team 7 geregelt.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Koordinator<\/b>\u00a0Er wird vom Bischof f\u00fcr diese Aufgabe best\u00e4tigt. Er bringt sein Gr\u00fcndungs – und Leitungscharisma in seinen Dienst ein. Durch ihn – vom Bischof ernannt – wird die Einbindung in die Ortskirche sichergestellt.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Am Anfang unseres gemeinsamen Weges stand eine Vision. Zu Pfingsten 1989 wurde sie zum ersten Mal von Jugendlichen aus Weiz in einem Musical \u00fcber Martin Luther King formuliert. Es war die Vision von einem neuen Aufbruch in unserer Kirche. Dies war der Beginn eines gemeinsamen Weges. Jugendliche trafen sich j\u00e4hrlich bei Jugendtreffen zu Pfingsten in Weiz. Meditationstage mit Jugendlichen bildeten die spirituelle Basis. Aus dem solidarischen Engagement der Jugendlichen entstanden die Gruppen \u201eAx\u00e9\u201c und \u201eChristina lebt\u201c. Zu Pfingsten 1995 wurde diese Vision in 10 Punkten als \u201eWeizer Pfingstvision\u201c formuliert und \u00fcber Weiz hinaus bekannt. Kardinal Dr. Franz K\u00f6nig unterschrieb sie als erster. Gleichzeitig engagierten sich auch immer mehr Erwachsene f\u00fcr die Verwirklichung dieser Vision. Aus dem Jugendtreffen wurde das \u201eWeizer Pfingstereignis\u201c mit einem vielf\u00e4ltigen kulturell-spirituell-solidarischen Programm. Pastoralseminare bildeten jetzt die spirituelle Basis. Der bekannte Theologe Dr. Paul M. Zulehner wurde zu einem wichtigen Begleiter unseres Prozesses. Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten wie P. Henri Boulad, P. Iswar Prasad oder Sr. Ishpriya gaben uns wichtige Impulse. 2001 wurde in einem gro\u00dfen gemeinsamen Projekt der Spirituelle Weg in Weiz errichtet. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde die Begegnung mit moderner Kunst zu einem weiteren Charakteristikum unseres Weges. 2003 fand zum ersten Mal ein Pfingstsymposion f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte statt. Wir sehen unseren gemeinsamen Weg als einen offenen Prozess in einem dynamischen Umfeld.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Die Kirche befindet sich in einem epochalen \u00dcbergang. Um die Chance zur Erneuerung zu n\u00fctzen, die in diesem \u00dcbergang steckt, verpflichten wir uns, folgendes zu leben:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Wir wollen aus einer lebendigen Beziehung zu Gott unser Leben und Zusammenleben gestalten.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Gott ist es, der seine Kirche baut (Ps. 127,1). Wir m\u00f6chten als Kirche ein Moment an der heilenden “Reich-Gottes-Bewegung” Jesu sein. Deshalb m\u00f6chten wir uns besonders mit all jenen zusammenschlie\u00dfen, die Gott in der Welt und in ihrem Leben aufsp\u00fcren wollen. Kirche m\u00f6chten wir als Weggemeinschaft, die eine Ahnung von der Suche nach Gott hat, erleben.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. Als Kirche leben wir mit und f\u00fcr Benachteiligte, Randgruppen, Minderheiten, im Leben zu kurz Gekommene.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Wir wehren uns dagegen, da\u00df immer mehr Menschen selbst in reichen Gesellschaften \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig werden und in Gefahr geraten, “entsorgt” zu werden: Sterbende, Ungeborene, Behinderte, Arbeitslose, Kranke und Alte. Wir wollen in Gottes Art “Aug und Ohr sein” f\u00fcr die vielen leidenden Menschen. Denn wir wissen auch Gott auf ihrer Seite (Ex. 3,7-10).<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. Das Unrecht gegen\u00fcber der sogenannten dritten Welt ist uns ein Stachel im Fleisch<\/span><\/p>\n

      Wir wollen uns f\u00fcr Frieden und soziale Gerechtigkeit einsetzen.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. Die Bewahrung der Sch\u00f6pfung ist uns ein brennendes Anliegen.<\/span><\/p>\n

      An unserem Handeln soll sichtbar werden, da\u00df es uns um die gro\u00dfen \u00dcberlebensfragen der Menschheit geht.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5. In der Gemeinschaft des Volkes Gottes haben alle die gleiche W\u00fcrde.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Mann oder Frau, Laie oder Kleriker; es gibt nur Berufene und keine Unberufenen. Alle sind gleich viel wert.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. Offenheit und Dialogbereitschaft sind Wesensmerkmale unserer Kirche.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Jesus selbst hat gesagt (Joh. 18,20): “Ich habe offen vor aller Welt gesprochen. Nichts habe ich im geheimen gesprochen.”<\/span><\/p>\n

      7. Wir wollen am Leben unserer Kirche teilnehmen und sie mittragen<\/span><\/p>\n

      Wir wissen, da\u00df ohne uns die kirchlichen Gemeinschaften \u00e4rmer sind und ihre Aufgaben immer weniger erf\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen. Zeit, Phantasie, Kritik und Freude wollen wir einbringen.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Entscheidungen sollen nur unter Beteiligung der von der Entscheidung Betroffenen gef\u00e4llt werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

      8. Unsere kirchlichen Gemeinschaften sind offen f\u00fcr alle Lebensformen.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Singles, Alleinerziehende, Wiederverheiratete, Geschiedene, Familien,.. Besonders die Familien m\u00f6chten wir f\u00f6rdern, damit sie in der heutigen Zeit gelingen k\u00f6nnen. In unseren kirchlichen Gemeinschaften kann sich daher – wie vor Gott – jede und jeder sehen lassen, vor jeder Leistung und in aller Schuld.<\/span><\/p>\n

      9. Wir wollen eine neue Streit- und Konfliktkultur entwickeln.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Konflikte belasten nicht nur, sie k\u00f6nnen auch gute Fr\u00fcchte bringen. Die Regeln der Konfliktbew\u00e4ltigung aus der Matth\u00e4usgemeinde (Mt. 18, 15-18) gilt es, wieder zu beleben.<\/span><\/p>\n

      10. Das kirchliche Amt ist f\u00fcr uns ein unersetzlicher Dienst an der Gemeinschaft.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Es ist eine schwere Verantwortung in und f\u00fcr die Kirche. Deshalb w\u00fcnschen wir uns Amtstr\u00e4ger mit Leitungskompetenz, die erfahrene, f\u00fcr das Evangelium gewinnende Seelsorger sind und denen die Kirchenmitglieder vertrauen. Ihre wichtigste Aufgabe ist es, dem Kirchenvolk mit starken Visionen voranzugehen (1. Sam. 3, 1-10) und dabei die Schwestern und Br\u00fcder zu st\u00e4rken (Lk. 22,32).<\/span><\/p>\n

      The Church is in a phase of an epochal crossing and change now. To benefit from this chance to some kind of renovation, a renovation that is connected with this change, we commit ourselves to live according to the following principles:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. We want to organize our lives and our living together out of a vivid relationship with God.<\/span><\/p>\n

      It is God who builds His church (Ps. 127,1). We want to be an element of the healing “The Kingdom of Heaven-Movement” of Jesus Christ within the church. So we want to unite ourselves especially with those who wish to trace out God in the world and in their lives. We want to experience the church as a community that has got an idea of the search for God.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. As the church we are living with and for the handicapped, fringe groups, minorities and people who just go short as far as their lives are concerned.<\/span><\/p>\n

      We are defending ourselves against the fact that more and more people, even in rich and affluent societies, are becoming undesired, superfluous and endangered to be pushed off in some war or another: people who are dying, unborn children, disabled persons, the unemployed, the sich and the old. We want to “have an eye and ear” for all the suffering people in a somehow “heavently manner”, according to God\u00b4s principles. Because we know that God is also at their side. (Ex. 3, 7-10).<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. The unjustice towards the so-called Third World is like a sting in our flesh.<\/span><\/p>\n

      We want to stand up for peace and social justice.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. The keeping of the creation is a burning concern to us.<\/span><\/p>\n

      With our way of acting we want to show that we are deeply interested in the big question of survival regarding manhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5. Everybody has got the same dignity within the community of God\u00b4s people.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Man or woman, layman or cleric; there are only people who are called for, and nobody is uncalled for. So everybody has got the same worth or value.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. Openness and the willingness to have a dialogue are characteristic features of our church.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Jesus Christ Himself said (John. 18, 20), “I spoke frankly before the world. Nothing did I speak in secret.”<\/span><\/p>\n

      7. We want to participate in the life of our church and help to carry our church.<\/span><\/p>\n

      We know that the ecclesiastical communities are somehow “poorer” without us, and that they have more and more difficulties to accomplish their tasks and duties. We want to bring in time, imagination, critism and joy.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Decisions should only be made together with those who are affected by these decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

      8. Our ecclesiastical communities are open to all ways of living.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Singles, one-parent-families, remarried people, divorced people, families.. We want to aid and support especially families in order to help them to work in this time. Within our ecclesiastical communities everybody is allowed to turn up and to appear, with any performance and contribution, and in any guilt or fault – in the sam way as in the presence of God.<\/span><\/p>\n

      9. We want to develop a new “culture of conflict and controversy”<\/span><\/p>\n

      Conflicts are not only irksome, they can also bear fruit. The rules of mastering conflict situations according to the “Matthew-community” (Mt. 18, 15-18) must be revived.<\/span><\/p>\n

      10. In our view, the duty and function of the church are an irreplaceable service to communtiy.<\/span><\/p>\n

      It is a serious responsiblility within and for the church. So we want to have office-holders with leading competence who are experienced and \u2013 for the Gospel \u2013 winning or engaging spiritual advisers, and whom the members of the church can really trust. Their most important tast is to precede the church-goers (or take the lead of them) with great visions, (Sam. 3,1-10) and to strengthen the brothers and sisters. (Lk. 22, 32)<\/span><\/p>\n

      Wir leben in einer Zeit eines umfassenden Umbruchs. Auch unsere Kirche befindet sich in der Situation eines epochalen \u00dcbergangs. Wir stehen vor der Herausforderung, unsere Gegenwart neu zu denken und zu gestalten. Unsere Vision eines \u201eneuen Pfingsten\u201c gibt uns dabei Orientierung.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Pfingsten<\/span><\/strong>
      \nPfingsten ist die Erfahrung des belebenden Geistes Gottes. Als Zuwendung Gottes ist Pfingsten ein Geschenk, das letztlich weder plan- noch organisierbar ist. Es ist ein Erwachen, ein Herausbrechen von innen. Pfingsten kann sowohl als die gestaltende Kraft Gottes gesehen werden, die durch Menschen nach au\u00dfen sichtbar wird, als auch als der pers\u00f6nlich-spirituelle Prozess des Hineinwachsens in ein Leben im Geist Gottes. Pfingsten bezeichnet in der christlichen Tradition den \u201e50. Tag\u201c nach Ostern. Es ist die Vollendung von Ostern: Etwas v\u00f6llig Neues beginnt. In diesem Sinn ist Pfingsten der Anfang eines neuen Menschen und damit auch der Anfang einer neuen Menschheit.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. \u201eNeues Pfingsten\u201c<\/span><\/strong>
      \nDer Begriff eines \u201eneuen Pfingsten\u201c stammt von Papst Johannes XXIII. Er verband damit die Hoffnung, dass mit dem 2. Vatikanischen Konzil ein \u201eNeues Pfingsten\u201c beginne. Kardinal Dr. Franz K\u00f6nig sagte bei einer Pfingstpredigt in Weiz: \u201eIch erwarte mir von eurem Weizer Treffen ein Neues Pfingsten.\u201c Die Hoffnung lebt. Sie lebt in jedem von uns. Wenn wir t\u00e4glich Raum schaffen f\u00fcr den Heiligen Geist, werden wir offen sein und uns vertrauend auf Neues einlassen k\u00f6nnen. Das Pfingstwunder bestand darin, dass Menschen verschiedenster Nationen und Sprachen die Apostel jeweils in ihrer eigenen Sprache verstehen konnten und so Zugang zu Gott fanden. Wir suchen nach dieser \u201eNeuen Sprache\u201c, dass uns Menschen von heute auch wirklich verstehen k\u00f6nnen. Nur wenn Innen und Au\u00dfen \u00fcbereinstimmen, wird unser Sprechen glaubw\u00fcrdig. Die Vielfalt der verschiedenen Sprachen kann dann zum Segen werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. Pfingstvision und Spiritualit\u00e4t<\/span><\/strong>
      \nIn einer Zeit der harten Zahlen, Bilanzen und gleichzeitig so zerbrechlich gewordenen Biografien glauben wir an die Erfahrung des je gr\u00f6\u00dferen Geheimnisses Gottes. Mit dem Theologen Karl Rahner glauben wir, dass der \u201eChrist der Zukunft ein Mystiker sein wird, einer der etwas erfahren hat, oder er wird nicht sein\u201c. Wir sehen die Zukunft der Kirche in spirituellen Menschen, die aus Glaubenserfahrungen heraus sich entscheiden, bewusst als Christen zu leben.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. Pfingstvision und Solidarit\u00e4t<\/span>
      \nHinter der Pfingstvision steht das Prinzip der Einheit von Spiritualit\u00e4t und Solidarit\u00e4t. \u201eWas ihr f\u00fcr einen meiner geringsten Br\u00fcder getan habt, das habt ihr mir getan\u201c (Mt 25, 40). Unser Leitspruch hei\u00dft deshalb: \u201eJe spiritueller, desto solidarischer.\u201c Im biblischen Sinn verstehen wir uns als Licht und Salz der Welt, das hei\u00dft, wir m\u00f6chten Lebensqualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr alle Menschen schaffen und bewahren und gegen Missst\u00e4nde auftreten.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5. Pfingstvision und Kirche<\/span><\/strong>
      \nDie Pfingstvision ist \u00f6kumenisch gepr\u00e4gt. Wir versuchen in Weiz das Leben der katholischen Pfarre und der evangelischen Gemeinde zu bereichern. Wir sehen die Struktur der Pfarre und Gemeinde als wichtige Basis unseres Wirkens. In der Pfarre Weiz ging von uns die Initiative eines Pfarrkonzils aus. Wir sehen unser Wirken aber nicht nur auf Weiz beschr\u00e4nkt. Den Geist der Pfingstvision tragen Menschen weit \u00fcber Weiz hinaus. Im innerkirchlichen Reformprozess sehen wir uns als \u201eoffensive Mitte\u201c. Wir bringen uns mehr durch unser Engagement als durch Wortmeldungen ein.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. Pfingstvision und Jugend<\/span><\/strong>
      \nDer Anfang unseres gemeinsamen Weges war stark von Jugendlichen gepr\u00e4gt. Auch jetzt gehen in der Pfingstvision viele Ideen und Initiativen von der Begeisterung junger Menschen aus.<\/span><\/p>\n

      7. Pfingstvision und Kunst<\/span><\/strong>
      \nWir achten zeitgen\u00f6ssische Kunst als einen ungesch\u00fctzten aber deshalb um so wahrhaftigeren Ort der kreativen Wahrnehmung unserer Welt und unserer Zeit. Die Begegnung mit Kunst ist Teil unseres Ringens um eine neue Sprache. Kunst schafft verdichtete, nicht allt\u00e4gliche R\u00e4ume, um Menschen zu sich selbst und zu anderen finden zu lassen. Damit ist Kunst der Spiritualit\u00e4t verwandt.<\/span><\/p>\n

      8. Pfingstvision und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte<\/span><\/strong>
      \nF\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sind in ihren Wirkungsbereichen wichtige Multiplikatoren und Brennpunkte zukunftsrelevanter M\u00f6glichkeiten. In der Pfingstvision geht es uns auch um eine gesellschaftliche Erneuerung. Deshalb sind F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr uns wichtige Dialogpartner. Vernetzte Ideen von<\/span><\/p>\n

      F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften k\u00f6nnen einen gro\u00dfen, neugestaltenden Charakter bekommen. Darauf baut unsere Initiative eines Pfingstsymposions f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte.<\/span><\/p>\n

      9. Pfingstvision und pers\u00f6nliches Engagement<\/span><\/strong>
      \nDie Pfingstvision setzt auf die Freiheit und die Verantwortung des einzelnen Menschen. Zuerst geht es darum, sein Christsein im jeweiligen gesellschaftlichen Umfeld zu leben. Spiritualit\u00e4t mu\u00df sich zuerst im Alltag zeigen. Jeder Mensch gestaltet die Pfingstvision mit seinen eigenen, besonderen Charismen mit. In der Pfingstvision geht es nicht prim\u00e4r darum, etwas zu organisieren; wichtiger als das Tun ist uns das Sein.<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Wir engagieren uns im Verein “Christina lebt” f\u00fcr die Integration und mobile Betreuung von Menschen mit Behinderung in der Region Weiz.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Wir unterst\u00fctzen in der Gruppe “Ax\u00e9” den ehemaligen Weizer Kaplan G\u00fcnter Zgubic. Er ist zur Zeit verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Gef\u00e4ngisseelsorge in Brasilien.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Wir gestalten und organisieren j\u00e4hrlich das “Weizer Pfingstereignis”.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Wir stehen im Dialog mit K\u00fcnstlern und integrieren Kunst in unsere Arbeit.<\/span><\/li>\n

        Team 7<\/b>\u00a0Es besteht aus 12 Personen, ungef\u00e4hr gleich vielen Frauen und M\u00e4nnern und trifft sich einmal im Monat. Als Leitungsteam ist es verantwortlich, dass die Leitungsstruktur der Weizer Pfingstvision gew\u00e4hrleistet ist. Personelle Ver\u00e4nderungen werden einvernehmlich im Team 7 geregelt.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Koordinator<\/b>\u00a0Er wird vom Bischof f\u00fcr diese Aufgabe best\u00e4tigt. Er bringt sein Gr\u00fcndungs – und Leitungscharisma in seinen Dienst ein. Durch ihn – vom Bischof ernannt – wird die Einbindung in die Ortskirche sichergestellt.<\/span><\/p>\n
